Gregg Hansen
Gregg has twenty-three years of experience in the grain industry. He has worked for a large multi-national company, a local country elevator, and as a commodity broker. The last fifteen years has been spent working closely with farmers and helping them with their marketing. He founded Hansen Agri-Commodities LLC with Robyn Hansen in 2008.
Robyn Hansen
Robyn is the Office Manager. She has a degree in Finance, Management, and Small Business Marketing. She also has fifteen years’ experience in customer service and collections in the leasing industry for a large corporation. She founded Hansen Agri-Commodities LLC with Gregg Hansen in 2008.
John has been a registered commodity trading advisor the last twenty-four years. He is currently a county commissioner in Yellow Medicine County.
Jarett developed a love for agriculture when he started working on a dairy farm at the age of 15. He went to SMSU for Agronomy and started farming his families land in 2014. He lives on the family farm south of Walnut Grove, with his wife and 2 children.
Our Risk Management Consultants are also registered commodity brokers with John Stewart and Associates. We operate a branch office for JS&A at our Walnut Grove, MN office. Through JS&A our Risk Management Consultants are able to offer hedge services and consulting and risk management to individuals and companies who trade in the cash grain markets. JS&A offers a unique combination of merchandising skills and asset management skills. JS&A is also associated with the ProExporter Group, who provide us with research and historical data for the grain and fertilizer industries. JS&A clears futures on all major exchanges through R. J. O’Brien & Associates, LLC, is a clearing member of the Chicago Board of Trade and Chicago Mercantile Exchange. They provide access to all global futures markets and operate 24 hours a day for your convenience. R. J. O’Brien & Associates, LLC. specializes in the U.S. agricultural futures and options markets.
